Capture the Player Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Capture the Player.com, which is owned and operated by (Capture the Image, Inc).   CTP is a web-based recruiting company which promotes athletes to college coaches for athletic scholarships. CTP markets clients/members by providing them with a profile and personalized URL link.

Terms of Use
The site is hereafter referred to as CTP.  CTP maintains the site and services to its members and /or visitors, subject to Terms and Conditions.  This agreement describes the terms and conditions applicable to your use of the services of CTP. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, you are not authorized to publish a profile on this site. We reserve the right to amend these terms from time to time without notice. All modified terms and conditions shall take effect immediately after posting to the capturetheplayer.com site. We encourage you to review this page periodically because any changes will be binding on you. You may not modify, amend, and/or change this agreement without express written consent from CTP.   However, you may choose to terminate your membership without refund at your choosing. This agreement is effective January 1, 2010. The client/athlete/parent hereafter is referred to as a member.

Products and Services
When you enroll as a member to our site, you agree All Sales Are Final.
 
Legal Age
CTP profiles are available to individuals who are capable of entering into a legally binding contract under applicable laws on behalf of the athlete for whom the profile is being created.   If an athlete is under 18 years of age he or she must have a legal guardian execute this agreement on their behalf.    Your membership may not be transferred or sold to another party.  This contract is between CTP and members over the age of 18 or legal guardian of member.  It is agreed that you desire to obtain the services of CTP for the purposes of publishing a profile.
 
Personal Information
CTP is not responsible for any personal information included in member’s profile. If you do not want personal information to be included in your profile, do not post the information. CTP members are responsible for providing accurate information on their profile. We cannot guarantee that information provided is accurate, current, reliable, complete, or error free.
 
Prohibited Activity
Members are entitled to only one profile per person.   They may not create an account in another name, create more than one account, post fraudulent information, impersonate another person or entity, use the site to break the law, use the information on this site to send unsolicited email to members, do anything that interferes with or places an undue burden on the site, or violate any terms of this agreement. CTP reserves the right to unpublish your profile for any reason.
 
Photographic and Videography Materials
We reserve the rights to make samples of your photographs and/or video as promotional materials for CTP.
 
Copyright, Reproductions and Model Release
The member does, hereby give CTP, its assigns, licenses, successors in interest, legal representatives, and heirs the irrevocable right to use photographs, or video in a form and media and in all manners for advertising, trade or any other lawful purposes without compensation to client. Client waives the right to inspect or approve the finished version(s), including written copy that may be created and appear in connection therewith.
 
Additional Terms and Conditions
You acknowledge and agree that CTP has the right to post additional terms and conditions for your use of the website at various places throughout the site. You agree that the additional terms and conditions shall be considered an effective amendment to this agreement and said terms and conditions shall be incorporated herein. You agree that if there is any conflict between those additional terms and conditions and new terms set form, these terms shall govern.
 
Vendors/ Third Party Web Sites and Information
We do not endorse any vendors or third party websites or access third party content.  You agree that CTP is not responsible for any content, links, resources, or services associated with vendors or third parties. You also agree that CTP shall not be liable for any loss or damage of any sort associated with your use of third party content. Links and access to other sites are provided for your convenience only. Therefore, any agreement made with a vendor are not provided by us and are specifically and solely between you and the vendor.
 
Password
Use of CTP site requires you to establish a User ID and password. You agree that you will be responsible for maintaining your password as confidential and for any activity that occurs on your account. CTP is not responsible for any loss or damage arising form your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your password. If you need to reset your password, go to the home page and click reset password. Check your email account and click on link to reset the password.

Funds
We accept checks, most credit cards, debit cards, and payment via Paypal.  CTP will set up a new profile; however, until payment has been received for services agreed, the profile will not be posted to live site.  Please note: Photography and Videography will show up as a description for charges.
